Once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, our fulfillment team begins processing it within 2–5 business days. This includes quality checking, packing, and preparing your items for shipment. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of the products you ordered. In most cases, customers can expect delivery within 7–15 business days. However, depending on high-demand seasons, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen delays in transit, the delivery period may extend slightly. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and continuously monitor the status of all shipments.
Additionally when ordering multiple items together they might individually from different carriers at different times. This is due because we have different suppliers, different warehouse and processes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. This allows you to stay updated on the movement of your order until it safely arrives at your doorstep. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
It is very important that all shipping information provided at checkout—such as your name, address, phone number, and postal code—is accurate and complete. Spedeworth TV cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
